• She is a recipient of the Massachusetts Medical Society’s Heart of Our Mission Award and Women’s Health Award for her clinical and research efforts dedicated to reducing heart disease in women.
• Co-director of the Corrigan Women’s Heart Health Program at the Massachusetts General Hospital Heart Center.

• She is a clinical cardiologist at the Cardiac Ultrasound Laboratory at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
• Principal investigator of the Happy Heart Trial, a primary prevention study in low-income women designed to improve the cardiovascular health of high-risk women.
